Counterweight system for main rollers

RUREX STAHL has researched and developed a counter weight system which is located directly on the machine Top/Bottom roller bearing. The complete platform and time consuming leveling of both counter weight systems including wiring to the platform is not more necessary.

RUREX Online glassthickness measurement (OGM)

The online glass thickness measurement system consist of one water cooled double layer frame mounted directly on the roller table with individual independent adjustment by high duty lifting elements electrically driven.

RUREX Roller measuring and bending control unit (RMBC)

Rising demands on the quality of rolled, patterned- and solar glass requesting the possibility to answer quick and effective on possible roller bending, causing glass thickness differences. Main part is to analyize the existing condition of the forming rollers in real time concerning the exact roller bending. For this we are using a continuous laser based control of the actual situation in the center line of the rollers. The exact position is detected by an accurate sensor.
